You'll be responsible for

Acting as a trusted advisor to the site leadership team on people strategy, workforce matters, and organisational priorities.🔗
Aligning people initiatives
Partnering closely with site leaders to align people initiatives with manufacturing, operational, and business goals in a complex and highly regulated environment.🏆
Coaching leaders
Coaching and enabling people leaders on core PX practices, including talent, performance, development, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.Key criteria

Experience in senior HR or PX role
Demonstrated experience supporting site leadership in manufacturing.View
