You'll be responsible for

Owning and running end-to-end People Operations
Manage People processes, policies, and systems across a globally distributed team, ensuring smooth scaling as Heidi grows.🔄
Managing core People Ops functions
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and ensure people data accuracy across multiple regions.🤝
Collaborating cross-functionally
Work with teams such as IT, People Tech, Finance, and Legal to enhance employee experiences and operational improvements.What we're looking for
