Supporting workplace investigations
Working with a variety of stakeholders to manage complex workplace investigations and a variety of employee relations cases for Project teams.š¤
Collaborating with P&C partners
Working closely with Ventia P&C Business Partners and P&C management on various cases and projects.āļø
Managing compliance activities
Managing various Employee Relation and Industrial Relations compliance activities within a large organisation.Key criteria

Human resources experience
Experience in a similar HR role within medium to large organisations.View

Proven experience managing employee and industrial relations issues.View
