You'll be responsible for

Coordinating governance activities

Coordinate workforce governance, compliance, audit and assurance activities to support accurate, consistent and timely People and Capability outcomes.

Reviewing workforce transactions

Review workforce transactions, establishment data, records and system processes to identify risks, compliance issues and opportunities to improve controls and ways of working.
🗣️

Providing practical advice

Provide practical advice and guidance to managers, People and Capability teams and stakeholders on workforce processes, system requirements, policies, procedures and governance obligations.
