You'll be responsible for

Partnering with leaders
Collaborating with the Contract Manager and Operations Manager to deliver people and culture initiatives aligned to business objectives.🚀
Supporting mobilisation activities
Assisting with site and project mobilisation activities, including workforce planning, onboarding, and change implementation.📋
Providing HR advisory support
Delivering end-to-end HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.Key criteria

Generalist HR experience
Demonstrated experience in a broad HR or People & Culture role.View
