The People & Culture Advisor position at UGL is an exciting opportunity to support the Services Division within the Fuels & Energy Line of Business. This job plays a crucial role in shaping the operational and people strategy, particularly during project mobilisations across Australia's East Coast. The team values collaboration and innovation, working closely with leaders to create practical people solutions and foster a positive workplace culture.

You'll be responsible for

Partnering with leaders

Collaborating with the Contract Manager and Operations Manager to deliver people and culture initiatives aligned to business objectives.

Supporting mobilisation activities

Assisting with site and project mobilisation activities, including workforce planning, onboarding, and change implementation.

Providing HR advisory support

Delivering end-to-end HR advisory support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Generalist HR experience

Demonstrated experience in a broad HR or People & Culture role.
