You'll be responsible for

Being the face of the People & Culture team for employees and frontline leaders, providing support in various HR functions.

Managing HR processes

Managing HR Advice line inbox, responding and/or triaging inquiries, and handling workplace investigations and performance management.

Reporting and data analysis

Conducting reporting and data analysis for business reports, creating and updating policies and procedures.
