Sourcing and analysing data
Source and analyse data from multiple HR systems to produce reports on key People & Culture trends and metrics.🎨
Designing dashboards and visualisations
Design clear, compelling dashboards and visualisations (charts, infographics, insights) that bring people data to life for stakeholders.📋
Preparing reports
Prepare regular Board reports, quarterly P&C reporting, and ad-hoc insights for senior leaders.Key criteria
