Develop and enhance governance frameworks supporting FAR, APRA CPS 511, remuneration and performance management obligations.

Leading governance oversight

Lead people-related FAR governance, including accountability statements, accountability maps, prescribed responsibilities and regulatory notifications.

Partnering with stakeholders

Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal and senior leaders to support regulatory compliance, audits, governance reviews and Board reporting.
