Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour to clinical staff.

Key criteria

Certificate III in Individual Support

Possession of relevant qualification in aged care or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, especially with dementia residents.
