You'll be responsible for

Providing personal care
Assisting residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance.🎉
Supporting social engagement
Encouraging residents to participate in social, recreational, and wellness activities.👩⚕️
Monitoring health and wellbeing
Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or behaviour to clinical staff.Key criteria
🧑⚕️
Certificate III in Individual Support
Possession of a relevant qualification in aged care or equivalent.View

Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff.View

Experience in personal care
Demonstrated experience providing personal care in aged care settings.View
