You'll be responsible for

Providing direct care

Delivering hands-on support to residents under the supervision of a Clinical Leader and/or EN/RN.

Communicating care needs

Effectively sharing residents' care needs with the care leadership team to ensure quality support.

Maintaining a positive environment

Contributing to a safe and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff.

Key criteria

🧑‍⚕️

Certificate III in Individual Support

Possession of relevant qualification in aged care or individual support.

Experience in care assistance

Demonstrated experience in a Care Assistant or AIN role.
