Conducting member discussions
Engaging in inbound and outbound calls to gather financial information for loan applications, supporting pre-approval or decline decisions.📈
Keeping members informed
Proactively updating members on loan progress and outcomes, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.🔍
Analysing data and credit assessments
Completing necessary credit assessment checks to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and acceptable risk levels.Key criteria
