Responsible for contacting employers and negotiating possible wage subsidies to support Employment Plus participants.

Assisting employers

Assisting employers with queries and setting up Government apps and accounts to manage and access wage subsidies if needed.

Submitting requests

Submitting requests and data into internal and external systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
