You'll be responsible for

Leading design and development
Lead the design, development, and scaling of ReadyTech’s CI/CD pipelines and platform automation.☸️
Overseeing Kubernetes engineering
Oversee Kubernetes platform engineering, including EKS migrations and automation of cluster provisioning.🔒
Ensuring compliance and security
Maintain alignment with compliance frameworks and security best practices while managing team performance.What we're looking for

CI/CD systems expertise
Strong experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.View fit

Kubernetes and container orchestration
Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, preferably EKS.View fit
