You'll be responsible for

Supporting technical training
Working closely with the BDM, RM and New Business roles to support a combination of dedicated technical training responsibilities, ensuring platform readiness, increasing adviser confidence and supporting practices who transition clients to CFS.🤝
Providing coaching and guidance
Delivering technical training, coaching and guidance to drive retention and growth opportunities across clients in metropolitan and regional locations.🧠
Acting as a subject matter expert
Being a primary contact point for technical, operational and service issues arising from CFS platforms to increase efficiency, identify opportunities for improvements and enhance service experience of new and existing clients.Key criteria
