Coordinating PoCT consumables
Managing the dispatch of Point of Care Testing consumables and stock to clinical sites.🤝
Providing customer support
Offering friendly and timely support to local hospital staff regarding PoCT services.🗂️
Assisting with administrative tasks
Supporting the team with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.Key criteria

Customer service experience
Demonstrated experience in providing high-level customer support.View

Pathology knowledge
Previous experience in a Pathology department with relevant systems knowledge.View

Computer proficiency
