Providing coordination and administration support for the Corporate Portfolio Management Office (CPMO) to enhance project management capabilities across SAPOL.

Collaborating with executives

Working closely with SAPOL executives and staff to implement best practice standards in project management disciplines.

Administering project standards

Embedding and administering best practice standards in business change management, benefits management, and project finance.
