You'll be responsible for

Managing Partners calendars and coordinating conflicts
Ensure that Partners' schedules are well-organised and conflicts are resolved promptly.✈️
Coordinating travel bookings for all team members
Handle travel arrangements to facilitate smooth operations for the team.💰
Reviewing and processing client invoices for month-end billing cycle
Ensure timely and accurate processing of client invoices and handle any related queries.Key criteria
