You'll be responsible for

Ensuring efficient administration
Ensure best practice and efficient administration while developing operational processes for the clinic and training staff on these processes.📅
Managing clinic schedules
Set up and maintain doctors and clinic schedules on Zedmed, confirming scheduling information with doctors and their Patient Coordinators.📜
Supporting regulatory planning
Assist the CEO with regulatory planning and processes for incoming and existing Fellows, ensuring compliance with AHPRA, ACD, immigration, and Medicare.Key criteria

Medical practice management experience (2-5+ years)
Demonstrated experience managing operations in a medical practice.View
