You'll be responsible for

Partnering with managers
Partner with Managers and Operations leaders to strengthen practice leadership and lift staff capability to improve client outcomes, including local and interstate travel.🛠️
Co-designing solutions
Work closely with Area Management teams to identify practice needs, co-design solutions, and embed evidence-informed best practice.📚
Developing practice workshops
Develop and deliver high-quality practice workshops, resources, and initiatives that reflect best practice and meet regulatory requirements.Key criteria

Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields
Possession of qualifications in Social Work or related sectors.View

Deep sector understanding
Proven knowledge of Aged Care Act and contemporary practices.View
