You'll be responsible for

Supporting centres

Assist centres in embedding the National Quality Framework and driving continuous improvement in pedagogy and practice.

Delivering training

Provide in-centre coaching and mentoring to uplift educator capability using adult learning principles.

Championing child safety

Promote a strong culture of safety and inclusion while advocating for children's rights.

🎓

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)

Essential qualification for supporting early childhood education.
