You'll be responsible for

Setting frontend direction

Shape the strategy, patterns and technical vision for our public-facing websites and apps to make them fast, secure and scalable.

Modernising the stack

Lead the evolution of our React, Next.js and Node.js landscape, simplifying legacy approaches and moving toward a cleaner, more cohesive architecture.

Lifting engineering standards

Influence how we approach quality, testing, accessibility, performance and observability across multiple squads.

Key criteria

5+ years of React experience

Hands-on experience in production environments with React.

Expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
