You'll be responsible for

Handling privacy requests

Reviewing and preparing AFCA's responses to access and correction requests under APPs 12 and 13, and keeping our privacy database accurate and up to date.

Supporting compliance

Researching privacy and data protection developments to help keep AFCA ahead of its statutory obligations.
⚠️

Managing incidents

Assisting with the breach reporting register, remediation activities, and identifying trends or systemic issues.
