Developing privacy framework
Developing, implementing, and maintaining MinRes’ privacy framework, policies, and governance structures to ensure compliance with privacy legislation.🗂️
Leading personal information mapping
Leading personal information mapping across all business units and maintaining registers of systems holding personal and sensitive information.🔍
Monitoring compliance
Monitoring compliance with privacy requirements, conducting audits and assessments, and identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.Key criteria
📜
Tertiary qualification in relevant fields
Possession of a degree in Law, Business, Governance, or related discipline.View
🎓
Postgraduate qualification or privacy certification
Possession of certifications like CIPM, CIPP/A, or IAPP is highly regarded.View
🔍
Strong knowledge of privacy legislation
Demonstrated understanding of the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles.View
