You'll be responsible for

Owning workstreams end-to-end and delivering measurable improvements in critical business processes across large-scale, complex environments.

Leading workshops

Working closely with stakeholders to lead workshops, uncover root causes using Lean methodologies, and drive alignment to implement practical improvements.

Delivering results

Taking ownership of a workstream, working through ambiguity, and delivering results with minimal oversight.
