You'll be responsible for

Administering procurement functions

Completing day-to-day administration of the procurement function, including filing, record-keeping and triaging requests.

Tracking contracts

Tracking contract expiry dates, contract management activities, and key milestones.

Maintaining travel management system

Maintaining the Institute's travel management system and ensuring resources are up to date.
