Performing complex off-system investment calculations to support member enquiries, complaints and regulatory requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to fund business rules📞
Managing calculation enquiries
Partnering with Product Integrity Analysts, Operations and IT to manage calculation enquiries within agreed SLAs and support effective issue resolution✨
Contributing to quality initiatives
Contributing to strategic quality initiatives, process improvements and innovation across off-system calculators and integrationsKey criteria
