Creating and maintaining a prioritised lifecycle roadmap that balances immediate retention wins with long-term platform investments.

Establishing self-serve capabilities

Working closely with various teams to establish self-serve capabilities for running lifecycle campaigns independently.

6–8 years of product management experience

Demonstrated experience in subscriptions, retention, or lifecycle management.
