Managing Fever's Back Offices

Creation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms.

Conducting Operational Monitoring

Daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation.
🤝

Coordinating Cross-Team Collaboration

Daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back-office plan configuration and coordinate experience launches.

2+ years managing ticketing and distribution platforms.
