You'll be responsible for

Managing influencer relationships
You will manage relationships with influencers, creators, and industry tastemakers across L'Oréal's full brand portfolio, overseeing all outreach, communications, and follow-ups to ensure seeding activity is targeted, timely, and impactful.🔗
Coordinating across divisions
The role spans L'Oréal's four divisions (CPD, LUXE, PPD, and LDB), requiring strong coordination across brand teams, the CDMO, and division leads to align seeding programs with broader campaign launches and brand objectives.🚚
Leading production and dispatch
You will lead the end-to-end production and dispatch process, managing third-party supplier relationships across product shipping, warehousing, kitting, and reporting, as well as the design and production of gifting kits developed in partnership with L'Oréal brand teams.Key criteria
