You'll be responsible for

Identifying and solving business problems

Translating B2B commercial and operational needs into scalable digital product and platform solutions.

Driving product delivery and enhancement initiatives

Leading implementation, testing, release management, adoption planning, and continuous improvement across B2B and CRM platforms.

Providing platform and technical leadership

Overseeing system configuration, optimisation, integrations, reporting, workflows, and ongoing platform performance.
