About the job

The Product Specialist is a vital part of the team, responsible for operational support and continuous improvement of enterprise digital platforms, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Oracle Fusion systems. This job plays a crucial role in ensuring that core business systems operate reliably and efficiently, supporting essential processes across the organisation. Collaboration with business users, vendors, and technical teams is key to enhancing system performance and user experience.

You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Providing product support

Provide day-to-day product support and operational management for Microsoft 365 services and Oracle Fusion enterprise systems (ERP, EPM and HCM).
🔧

Managing incidents

Actively manage incidents, service requests and defects, working with vendors, integrators and internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Supporting improvements

Support the ongoing improvement of M365 workplace applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Platform and related services.

Key criteria

💻

Microsoft 365 product support experience

Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 products like Teams and SharePoint.

Oracle Fusion systems knowledge

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, or HCM systems.
