You'll be responsible for

Responding to support tickets

Assessing business impact and priority, owning issues through to resolution within agreed SLA timeframes.

Investigating technical issues

Resolving complex technical issues spanning application workflows, databases, and API integrations, applying data corrections and configuration updates where required.

Coordinating incident responses

Identifying and coordinating the response to production incidents, communicating timely status updates to affected business teams, and driving post-incident root cause analysis.

2+ years of experience in technical support or software engineering.
