This position serves as a vital link between Product, Product Marketing Management, Sales Engineering, and Enablement, translating complex functionalities into accessible knowledge that accelerates sales cycles and enhances customer adoption. The team thrives on collaboration and a consultative approach, focusing on delivering value to customers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for

Curriculum design

Building foundational and advanced product training for the full go-to-market team, translating complex technical concepts into accessible, sales-ready narratives.
🛠️

Competency frameworks

Defining role-based product competency frameworks and overseeing certification paths to ensure technical fluency across all regions and segments.
🎤

Demo strategy

Owning the demo structure across the unified platform and partnering with Sales Engineering leadership to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.

Sales Enablement

Experience in Product or Technical Sales Enablement to effectively train and support sales teams.

Technical translation

Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and sales-ready content.
