The Program Lead, Student Formation at Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) plays a vital role in shaping the faith journey of secondary students. This position is essential for developing and delivering high-quality, mission-aligned formation pathways that inspire students to deepen their Catholic faith. Working collaboratively with a supportive team, the Program Lead ensures that every initiative reflects the values of MACS and contributes to a positive and enriching educational experience.

Designing and leading programs

Designing and leading impactful student faith formation programs and resources across MACS secondary schools.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Collaborating with schools, staff, families, parishes, and external partners to foster sustainable formation pathways.

Monitoring and evaluating outcomes

Monitoring and evaluating program outcomes using feedback, data, and reflective practices to ensure alignment with Catholic identity and strategic goals.

Experience in youth ministry or Catholic education

Demonstrated experience in youth ministry or student formation within Catholic contexts.
