You'll be responsible for

Managing executive calendars

Independently manage executive calendars, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinating executive travel

Coordinate executive travel arrangements, including ground transportation and detailed itineraries, while effectively handling last-minute changes.

Supporting document control processes

Assist with document control processes, procurement, timesheets, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance and organization.
