Providing coordination and governance support
Assist in managing multiple workstreams within the Transformation Program to ensure smooth project execution.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Work closely with Project Managers, Digital & Technology teams, and legal practices to align project goals.📂
Managing project documentation
Ensure all project-related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.Key criteria
📅
Project coordination experience (2+ years)
Demonstrated experience in PMO or project coordination roles.View
🛠️
Familiarity with Atlassian tools
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Jira and Confluence.View

Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.View
