On-site project coordination and delivery tasks including contract administration, preparation of purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, variations, and project claims, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones.

Managing project procurement

Including subcontractor tendering, take-offs, budget and drawing review.

Conducting monthly financial reporting

Responsible for compiling and reviewing financial reports on a monthly basis.
