Lead systems and transformation projects, initially for Payroll and HR, delivering quick wins while driving longer-term system improvements.

Identifying automation opportunities

Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digitisation within business support operations and systems.

Driving stakeholder engagement

Drive strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration, including with external partners and vendors.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
