The Project Manager for Wellbeing Programs at ABC plays a vital role in enhancing workplace mental health and wellbeing. You'll be responsible for

Managing intake processes

Manage intake processes and coordinate preliminary psychological assessment reporting for news and content staff, including trauma risk assessments following distressing assignments and overseas postings.

Relaunching Peer Support Program

Relaunch and operationalise the Peer Support Program, embedding clear governance and coordination processes.

Coordinating training sessions

Coordinate delivery logistics for mental health, resilience and trauma-informed training sessions.
