Delivering financial reporting
Delivering monthly financial reporting, analysis, and management packs for a portfolio of Industrial & Logistics assets, providing insights that support informed decision-making and drive portfolio performance.🤝
Partnering with Property Managers
Partnering with Property Managers to review financial results and provide accounting advice, helping translate financial outcomes into actions that enhance asset performance.🏗️
Managing property accounting processes
Managing key property accounting processes, including outgoings, acquisitions, developments, and divestments, supporting seamless property transitions and delivering a positive experience for customers and investors.Key criteria

Financial reporting experience
Demonstrated experience delivering monthly financial reports and analysis.View

Accounting qualifications
Degree in accounting with CA/CPA or working towards it.View

Balance sheet reconciliation skills
Proven experience preparing reconciliations, accruals, and journals.View
