You'll be responsible for

Delivering financial reporting

Delivering monthly financial reporting, analysis, and management packs for a portfolio of Industrial & Logistics assets, providing insights that support informed decision-making and drive portfolio performance.
🤝

Partnering with Property Managers

Partnering with Property Managers to review financial results and provide accounting advice, helping translate financial outcomes into actions that enhance asset performance.

Managing property accounting processes

Managing key property accounting processes, including outgoings, acquisitions, developments, and divestments, supporting seamless property transitions and delivering a positive experience for customers and investors.

Financial reporting experience

Demonstrated experience delivering monthly financial reports and analysis.

Degree in accounting with CA/CPA or working towards it.
