Manage our centralized property procurement strategy to maximize service within approved budgets, including ongoing performance and quality monitoring.

Planning and scheduling maintenance

Plan, budget and schedule routine preventative maintenance works.

Coordinating purchase orders

Coordinate monthly purchase orders for maintenance and capex works including approvals and reporting.
