Manage our centralized property procurement strategy to maximize service within approved budgets, including ongoing performance and quality monitoring.🛠️
Planning and scheduling maintenance
Plan, budget and schedule routine preventative maintenance works.📋
Coordinating purchase orders
Coordinate monthly purchase orders for maintenance and capex works including approvals and reporting.Key criteria

5+ years in property services or similar management roles.View
