You'll be responsible for

Proactively managing upcoming and expired leases to ensure continuity of occupation and compliance, resolving issues arising from lapsed or overdue lease renewals.

Coordinating lease renewals

Coordinating the lease renewal program to ensure AV's property asset leases, licenses and agreements remain current.

Developing reports

Preparing detailed reports, Board papers, business cases and other relevant documentation.

Property leasing experience

Demonstrated experience in Property Leasing and building stakeholder relationships to deliver commercially sound outcomes.

Legal knowledge

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of legal processes relating to property leases, licences, and agreements, including relevant legislation such as the Retail Leases Act 2003 and Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978.

Negotiation skills

Advanced negotiation skills across both commercial and residential real estate contexts.
