You'll be responsible for

Managing properties

Overseeing the management of properties allocated to your control, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.

Ensuring safe environments

Assisting the General Manager to ensure site staff and contractors work in safe and efficient environments.

Implementing processes

Working closely with the dedicated team and Head Office Support to ensure all JLL processes and procedures are implemented and maintained.

Skills you'll need

🏢

Property management experience

A minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial real estate, is essential for success in this job.

Organizational skills

Highly organized with a methodical approach to work, enabling the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.

Independence

A high degree of independence is required on a day-to-day basis, while still reporting to the General Manager.
