You'll be responsible for

Leading and managing bookings and service delivery team

Lead and manage the bookings and front of house service delivery team to ensure the delivery of quality and safe experiences at the venue.

Developing client service standards

Develop and ensure appropriate standards of client service and relationship management to position the Precinct as an exemplar sport and active recreation accommodation facility.

Implementing policies and procedures

Lead the implementation of policies and procedures for the effective operation of the venue.
