Develop and manage relationships with landlords, sub-tenants, and clients as the primary point of contact for all communications, emergency response coordination, and preventative maintenance initiatives.📊
Maintaining portfolio database accuracy
Maintain portfolio database accuracy above 98% and ensure all lease terms are accurately reflected in systems through proactive liaison with the Lease Administration team.📅
Monitoring landlord responsibility work orders
Monitor and manage all landlord responsibility work orders within 30-day timeframes while ensuring compliance with legislation, OH&S, and risk management policies.What we're looking for
