Underwriting and pricing new and renewal property business within your authority, ensuring sound risk selection and sustainable profitability.

Building relationships

Building trusted relationships with brokers and ARs to support retention, growth and cross-sell opportunities, while championing Zurich’s digital solutions.

Leveraging data

Leveraging underwriting tools, data and analytics to inform coverage decisions, appetite alignment and portfolio optimisation.

Skills you'll need

Property underwriting experience

Proven property underwriting experience (ideally 3–5+ years) with a track record of sound decision-making and technical excellence.

Risk assessment and pricing

Proficiency in risk assessment, exposure analysis and pricing, using underwriting tools and frameworks.

Relationship management

Strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills with intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
