Leading the planning, coordination and delivery of proposal submissions for transport and infrastructure opportunities across Australia.

Analyzing RFPs

Analyzing RFPs and tender documentation to establish compliance requirements, response strategies and submission plans.

Developing proposal content

Writing, reviewing and refining executive summaries, key proposal responses and supporting content to strengthen win themes and messaging.
