You'll be responsible for

Supporting psychosocial safety initiatives
Collaborating with the Senior Psychosocial Safety Officer to manage and coordinate the ODPP's approach to workplace psychosocial safety, fostering a positive environment for all staff.🚀
Driving change through strategy development
Playing a key role in creating and executing strategies that help the ODPP meet its responsibilities under workplace health and safety legislation.📚
Educating and empowering staff
Actively engaging with staff to educate them about available resources and services, empowering them to identify and address safety risks.What we're looking for
