You'll be responsible for

Identifying and escalating risks

Identifying and escalating risks of care failure related to non-conformance with organisational policies and procedures.

Building capability

Building the capability of home leaders in quality management systems and clinical governance processes.
🤝

Supporting employees

Actively supporting employees to understand and adhere to the organisation's policies, procedures, and Continuous Improvement Framework.

Key criteria

🏥

Registered Nurse with 5+ years experience

Possess extensive nursing experience in aged care or related fields.

3+ years in a leadership role

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams effectively.
