As a Quality Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring the quality of care across various homes, ensuring that residents receive the best possible service. You'll be responsible for

Identifying and escalating risks

Identifying and escalating risks of care failure related to non-conformance with organisational policies and procedures.

Building capability

Building the capability of home leaders in quality management systems and clinical governance processes.
🤝

Supporting employees

Actively supporting employees to understand and adhere to the organisation's policies, procedures, and Continuous Improvement Framework.

Key criteria

🏥

Registered Nurse with 5+ years experience

Possess extensive nursing experience in aged care or related fields.

3+ years in a leadership role

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams effectively.

Strong communication skills

Ability to engage with stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication.
